T-Roc R — Special Notes

The T-Roc R is the performance flagship of the T-Roc range, featuring a 300PS turbocharged engine and a sportier front bumper treatment with larger lower intake openings. Despite the more aggressive front styling, the badge housing position and mounting dimensions on the centre grille are identical to all other T-Roc variants. The same light up emblem fits the T-Roc R as all other standard T-Roc models. Front assist emergency braking is standard on the T-Roc R across all markets, confirming that the ACC-compatible housing is the correct choice for every T-Roc R buyer.

Line Style vs Full Illumination

Two illumination styles are available for the T-Roc light up emblem:

Wiring — How It Connects

Most T-Roc models have factory LED daytime running bars, which means the T-harness connection to the LED bar circuit is the recommended and simplest installation method:

• DRL bar T-harness (recommended) — unplug one factory LED bar connector, insert the emblem harness as a bridge, reconnect the bar. The emblem draws power from the same DRL circuit and illuminates automatically with your daytime running lights. No fuse box access required.
• Fuse box connection (alternative) — for T-Roc models without factory LED bars. Tap a switched ignition circuit in the engine bay fuse box and connect the negative to a bare metal ground. The emblem powers on and off with the ignition.
